If you have a homeopathic home care kit and have a medical problem please call the office and give a detailed description of your symptoms to the receptionist. If it is a simple problem and it is obvious what remedy you need she will call you back with my instructions at no charge. If it is unclear what remedy you require, she will set up a time when I can take your acute case over the phone or via telemedicine. Alternatively, you can book yourself for these consultations on this website
There is a $195 fee for the phone/telemedicine consultation. If, however, the prescribed remedy does not help, you may need to come to the office for a visit and the $195 fee will be deducted from the office visit fee. If you do not have a home care kit, please schedule an appointment to come in as soon as possible. If after a telemedicine consultation, the prescribed remedy has not worked, you will need to call the office and set up some time to speak with Dr. Masiello. There is no charge for these follow-up calls for the same acute issue.
If you are calling after hours please select the appropriate voice mail menu item and follow the instructions to reach Dr. Masiello’s cell phone. If you do not receive a call back within two hours please call again. You may have left an inaudible message or the doctor may be out of cell phone range.
Please note this service is for established patients with a medical problem that cannot wait until the office re-opens. Do not call if you are not going to be home for 2-3 hours to take the doctor’s return call. If you are calling about an appointment or have some non-medical question, please call the office during office hours not the doctor’s cell phone.
